Travis L. Osborne, Ph.D. (Director of Clinical Training, Licensed Psychologist)
Dr. Osborne received a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and completed his predoctoral internship at the Seattle VA Medical Center. He has considerable training and experience in providing individual and group-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to treat a wide range of problems. Dr. Osborne's primary clinical interest is the treatment of anxiety and stress-related disorders. He treats adolescents and adults and provides evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders (obsessive-compulsive disorder, hoarding, panic disorder, agoraphobia, specific phobias, social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, health anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder), body-focused repetitive disorders (trichotillomania, skin picking), depression, and stress management. Dr. Osborne has a particular interest in the treatment of OCD. He is a member of the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation (OCF), a graduate of the OCF's Behavioral Training Institute, volunteers his time consulting with the OCD Support Group of Seattle, and is the co-founder and co-director of Camp Deecio, an annual camp for teenagers with OCD. He has also been featured as a therapist on the television show "Hoarding: Buried Alive" on TLC (The Learning Channel). Additionally, Dr. Osborne completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington School of Medicine, where he received specialized training in evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral interventions for pain management. He also has experience working with individuals adjusting to chronic medical illness and physical disability. Dr. Osborne is a member of the Anxiety Disorders Association of America (ADAA) and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT).
