Anxiety disorders are generally treated with forms of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), medications, or a combination of the two. Sometimes, other treatment approaches are used or incorporated as appropriate; All treatment choices are thoughtfully made to fit the needs of our individual clients.
